Also the arrangement of the buttons on the 9.5 millimeters slim and 199 gram heavy device is new. The Reader has a 6 inch E Ink Pearl display with a resolution of 800×600 pixels, a 2GB memory and a MicroSD card slot.
TrekStor is also introducing a new tablet series at the trade fair. The SurfTabs of the xiron series are equipped with quad-core CPUs and will be available with a 7 inch or 10.1 inch IPS display as well as Android 4.2. The 10.1 inch version includes a quad-core Cortex A9 1.6 GHz processor, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory, as well as a 5 megapixel autofocus rear and a 2 megapixel front camera
Data is transferred using a micro USB slot and a card reader as well as alternatively via a mini HDMI socket. The 7-inch device is equipped with a quad-core Cortex A7 1 GHz processor, micro HDMI slot and 8 or 16 GB memory. All tablets support Bluetooth 4.0 and can also be connected to TrekStor's new Bluetooth speaker. The small Bluetooth SoundBall 2in1 is splash-proof, has a hands-free kit and can be attached anywhere with a built-in suction cup.
In addition to these products, TrekStor will also present its first WiFi hard drive at IFA 2013. The 2.5-inch pocket air is equipped with USB 3.0 and is suitable for wireless data transfer as well as an integrated battery as a mobile data storage device for streaming multimedia files on the go.
The e-book reader Pyrus 2 LED will be available from October 2013 for 79.99 Euro. The SurfTabs xiron are also available in October and cost 249 euros (10.1 inches) and 139 euros (7 inches). The WiFi hard drive pocket air is available for 139 Euro (1 TB) or 99 Euro (500 GB) depending on the storage capacity. TrekStor did not give the price for the loudspeaker Bluetooth SoundBall 2in1 so far.
