In addition to many other features, the Philips now also offers a multiroom function: it streams the program of the TV or the recordings of the docked hard disk to another Philips device. Theoretically, this works with any other network player, but is not guaranteed by Philips. But the streaming definitely works with the excellent smartphone and tablet app.
By the way, it also provides a great overview of the electronic program guide. The EPG of the TV, which is very clear in itself, works on the other hand, a bit staggingly when the data comes from the Internet. If you change the electronic magazine in the picture menu so that it refers to the data from the stations, it is much brighter. The rich sound of the built-in woofer intones films to a certain volume according to the standard.
In the image test the Philips played not quite as sovereign as the more expensive models from their own home. Perfect Natural Motion shows artifacts, but they can be significantly reduced in the medium position. Positive: 2D and 3D images are rendered crisp.
