Some e-mail messages do not want to get in Outlook. This can be spam (unsolicited transmission of electronic messages). However, there are other messages that you do not want to get. You can manually block them.
To do this, select the appropriate e-mail in Outlook in the Inbox. On the Start tab, click the Junk E-mail icon in the Delete group. In the submenu that is now displayed, select the Block sender command. You will be notified that the sender of this e-mail has been added to the list of blocked senders. This email and all future messages from this sender are now automatically moved to the junk e-mail folder. Your inbox is spared from these messages.

To see which senders are already in the list, and to correct this list, click the Junk E-mail icon again. From the menu, select Junk E-mail Options. The dialog window of the same name is opened. Click the Blocked Senders tab. Select the sender, and then click the Remove button.
On this occasion, you should edit the spam settings for Outlook. Activate the Options tab in this dialog box. No automatic filtering is active by default. You should select the Low option. Now most unwanted messages end up in the spam folder.
You can also delete junk e-mails immediately. To do this, in the Junk E-mail Options dialog box, select a checkmark in the Junk E-mail Junk E-mail Notification check box to permanently delete the junk e-mail folder. Then these messages are immediately deleted and can not be moved back to the inbox if necessary.
