Apple: Business offensive with IBM against HP, Dell, Oracle and SAP

Apple plans to attract more business customers in the future and has reorganized its sales team. Already, the alliance concluded with IBM in July 2017 was a clear signal to the competition in the business customer sector and indicated the strategic reorientation of the Palo Alto group.

New sales team for customer acquisition

However, from the cooperation with the American IT company, Apple promises more than one sales market for its iPhones and iPads. Partner companies are committed to delivering support together and driving the development of MobileFirst for iOS apps, cloud services and industry-specific solutions.

Strong competition among major customers

Whether Apple and IBM manage to break the dominance of Hewlett Packard, Dell, Oracle and SAP can not be answered at the moment. After all, with Samsung, Google and Microsoft, three other industry giants have cast their eyes on the business sector, who undoubtedly want to have a word.

Enterprise apps in planning

If you believe a Reuters report, Apple's newly created sales team will make the apps developed with third-party developers to the target audience. The solutions designed for the enterprise sector are to be used, among other things, in the technical field or in the construction sector.
