Netgear will expand the warranty and support for its business products. According to the company, the provider of network hardware is the only company with a life-long technical support around the clock. Netgear provides this support to the Series ProSAFE switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points as well as ReadyNAS and ReadyDATA storage systems
In addition, Netgear will provide the next business day (Next Business Day Shipping) for all its corporate products for the duration of the warranty period. This applies to the Business Class ReadyNAS and ReadyDATA products, which had a five-year limited hardware warranty.
The new Netgear Warranty Policy applies to the relevant products purchased from June 1, 2017.
